It’s a song released in 2011, created by Manchester band Marconi Union in collaboration with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, and recently it got a new wave of popularity because a team of scientists from Mindlab Institution officially declared it the most relaxing song of all time. It seems to be able to reduce the heartbeat up to 35% of the standard resting beat, generating a state of synchrony between brain activities and pulse frequency called “entrainment”.
