The most relaxing song of all time

It’s a song released in 2011, created by Manchester band Marconi Union in collaboration with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, and recently it got a new wave of popularity because a team of scientists from Mindlab Institution officially declared it the most relaxing song of all time. It seems to be able to reduce the heartbeat up to 35% of the standard resting beat, generating a state of synchrony between brain activities and pulse frequency called “entrainment”. The British Academy of Sound Therapy has also listed the ten most relaxing songs ever made, including Enya’s compositions, Mozart and Cafe Del Mar. Here the list with the available streams. According to the recommendations of the scientists, it’s not recommended to listent to them before driving.
