Ini Kamoze is a Jamaican reggae/dancehall artist who’s been active in music since the 80s. “Here Comes the Hotstepper” was the biggest hit he ever made: he released it in 1995 as the lead single of his fifth album of the same name. The song hit number one in music charts all over the world, including USA and Canada. It was an instant classic, and over the years, it has been sampled and used in many movies and TV series. That “naaa na na na naaa” became the thing Ini Kamoze was famous for.
