Since last year and over 2023, the Mexican beer Modelo has made a series of fascinating commercials about people who fight daily against life to pursue their dreams. The Ecstasy of Gold is one of the most famous songs ever made by Ennio Morricone, included in the soundtrack of the spaghetti-western The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Morricone composed it as an orchestral, instrumental song without drums. The Bandini remix you hear above introduced the rhythmic part and became perfect for the Modelo commercial.
