Nelly Korda is the new testimonial in the partnership between T-Mobile and iPhone. She is an American professional golfer who plays on the LPGA Tour. Born on July 28, 1998, she comes from a family of athletes—her father, Petr Korda, is a former professional tennis player, and her sister, Jessica Korda, is also a professional golfer. Nelly turned professional in 2016 and has since become one of the top players in women’s golf. She has won multiple tournaments on the LPGA Tour, including a major championship—the 2021 Women’s PGA Championship. Her victory in this tournament helped her reach the No. 1 ranking in the world, making her one of the few American golfers to achieve this status in recent years.
Of course, Nelly Korda is competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics, making her T-Mobile commercial perfectly timed with the present. An intelligent, talented woman achieving outstanding results in the Olympics and showing her funny side on TV: how can you not love her?
